DocAuto Helm™ continuously monitors iManage Work DMS, Communications/EFS/WCS Servers, SharePoint services, Microsoft SQL Server, all components of any HP IDOL or IUS environment, as well as other third party applications, in order to provide a truly comprehensive view of system performance within one powerful interface. This interface not only provides administrators with a graphical "dashboard" view of environment components and dependencies, but also promotes optimal system performance and usage by allowing administrators to control and automate complex system analysis, monitoring, and maintenance tasks. If potential problems are detected within any system, Helm sends e-mail notifications to the appropriate system, departmental, or regional administrators so they may take action to address issues, minimizing user impact. Helm is easily configured to send alerts on critical problems, like hardware failures or impending capacity or resource issues, and send alerts when your predetermined performance thresholds are met.
