Refiling Server Enterprise not only controls the refiling of metadata and security on documents in WorkSite, but extends these refiling capabilities to matter-centric structures as well.
In addition to all of the features of the Standard version, Refiling Server Enterprise extends refiling capabilities to structures, including:
- Control over which structural metadata fields are refiled, including how and when
- Filtering on Initial Structure and Substructures to be refiled
- Refiling of user-created structures
- Improves performance of WorkSite servers
- Enforces consistent application of metadata/security policies
- Preserves audit trail – record changes in document history and/or external databases
