The DocAuto OutiM™ Server PST Processor is the powerful PST processor of the OutiM™ Server product family. This stand-alone product is solely dedicated to PST processing and is a great addition to OutiM selection of products.
This flexible product supports PST processing, and can automatically copy, move, or move and link any kind of Exchange content (messages, notes, tasks, contacts, calendar items, etc.) directly from one or more PST files into dynamically-identified WorkSpaces or Folders in WorkSite.
- Imports e-mail content and structures continuously from one or more PST files into WorkSite, preserving organizational structures and native MIME format
- Selectively processes content with multiple types of structural filtering, from specific folders or PST files, to individual folders or messages
- Routes content to correct WorkSite folders or WorkSpaces automatically
- Copies any kind of Exchange content: Messages, Notes, Contacts, Calendar Items, Tasks, or custom types
- Filters messages based on age, date, address, subject, attachment, flags, categories, etc.
- Can set flags, follow-up text, or categories on messages to indicate to users that content has been processed
- Smart Author Processing can set Author information based on the message itself, not arbitrary source information
- Adaptive Security processing modifies security of content copied into WorkSite so that original Sender and Recipients can have appropriate security access to content
- Can delete e-mail and other content from PST files after import or replace originals with NRL links
- Can delete PST files after processing, move to post-processing locations, or leave in place for future reprocessing
