OutiM Server Folder Manager creates "pseudo Matter-Centric" filing locations for Exchange users directly in their Outlook mailbox based on their activity in WorkSite. Users can instantly move messages from their Inbox to a filing "destination" folder that automatically "maps" to an associated WorkSite destination WorkSpace or Folder. This makes the filing operation fast and easy.OutiM Server Folder Manager is designed to work with DocAuto's OutiM Server product, but can also work with other e-mail processing methods.
- Server-side application with no desktop components. Processing is completely automatic and requires no user interaction.
- Creates e-mail filing folders in individual user mailboxes, using any metadata from WorkSite.
- Builds Outlook folders base on document activity, or My Matters or My Favorites shortcuts.
- Can automatically flag messages that have already been processed into WorkSite, or
- Can automatically replace messages that have already been processed into WorkSite with NRL links, or
- Can delete NRL links or messages that have already been processed into WorkSite.
- Can delete empty filing folders, allowing for continuously optimized views for individual users.
- Can truncate folder names for better support of BlackBerry systems.
