- Identifies documents based on any combination of search criteria, including full text values
- Surgically adds, removes, or modifies security on specific documents only, without altering any other security settings
- Defines security sets within iMPrivate, or using any open data source, or CSV data
- Test run security sets to see what changes would be made, before you make them
- Processes all documents in one or more databases efficiently
- Improves performance of WorkSite servers
- Enforces consistent application of metadata/security policies
- Preserves audit trail – records changes in document history
