On each product page that a client is licensed for is a license key field. This information is used in order to take the product out of the default evaluation state. You must be logged into the website and have a current product license in order to view the license information. To configure the license you will need to:

  • Navigate to the product page using the navigation bar as displayed in this screenshot below.

  • Scroll down to the middle of the page where the license key information is located and select all of the text and copy it.

 

  • Create a new ini file and paste the license information into it. Save the file as "Productcode".ini where the product code is the string of characters at the top of the license information enclosed in brackets. As an example in the screenshot above is a license key for WorkSpace Manager and enclosed in the brackets is the string WSM therefore the license key will need to be called WSM.ini.


  • The file will then need to be placed within the Windows\System32 or Windows\SysWow64 directory depending on the version of Windows being used on the machine and the product will now function in a full licensed mode.
