Chief Executive Officer
Founder of DocAuto, Inc., David has been a legal technology expert since 1987, focusing on document production and document management technologies. He has written several articles on document assembly technologies, and more recently best-practices guidelines and whitepapers focusing on Matter-Centric system design and e-mail management. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Chicago-Kent College of Law, and has been admitted to the bar in Illinois, the Seventh Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Chief Operations Officer
Co-founder of DocAuto, Inc., Lauren is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and Chicago-Kent College of Law. Lauren has been admitted to the bar in Illinois, Georgia, the Seventh and Eleventh Federal Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She has practiced law in Chicago and Atlanta. Lauren is the former Chair of the Board of Trustees of Georgia Shakespeare.

Account Director
Marcia has over 20 years of corporate experience in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, planning, and management. In the legal technology field she specializes in new business development by consulting with firms to identify technology solutions that address key business issues. She has also managed partner relationships to ensure a coordinated approach in the business development process. Marcia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan State University where she was member of the University Honors College. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, her Co-op and on the Advisory Board of Lucita.

Account Director
Rich has twenty years of experience providing solutions to the legal industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and an established reputation that is being used to accelerate business growth in the Western US. Prior to joining DocAuto, Rich was the Sales & Operations Manager for Perfect Access Speer. Throughout his tenure, he has been commended for his attention to client service as well as for the strong relationships he has built in the industry.

Account Director
Ed has over thirteen years of software solution sales and channel management experience. Prior to joining DocAuto, Ed served for six years at Autonomy iManage (formerly Interwoven) as a member of the legal channel management team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from University of Illinois at Chicago. Additionally, he spent ten years on active duty in the United States Navy and will retire from the US Naval Reserves in 2010.

Account Director
Donna has extensive experience consulting with law firm technologists regarding effective solutions to document management, marketing, and business development technology needs. Her combined consulting experience and law firm tenure of fifteen years provides Donna with a unique perspective for identifying effective technology solutions. Donna originally joined DocAuto in 2006 and returned in 2011 after working at both Traveling Coaches and Hubbard One, a Thomson Reuters business. Donna earned her Bachelor of Political Science at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Vice President of Marketing
Jeff has over eighteen years experience working as a marketing professional within the legal industry, for service firms, and with software companies. He was responsible for marketing the legal analytics products for Hubbard One, a Thomson Reuters business. Prior to that, he worked for the Thomson Legal & Regulatory importing and marketing all non-domestic content and Thomson products into Canada, the United States, and Caribbean. Jeff also served as brand and channel manager for Scotch® and Post-it® brands and managed the development of back-end workflow solutions for BestBuy.com. He earned two bachelor degrees from the University of Wisconsin. As an avid triathlete and marathoner, Jeff has coached people for over seven years to prepare for their personal goals.

Director of Development
Mark has over 20 years of software engineering experience and has directed teams of software developers, quality assurance analysts, subject matter experts and project managers generating innovative products and web applications for Fortune 500 as well as smaller B2B and B2C firms. He has experience in building and transforming teams and organizations from traditional software development methods into Agile frameworks. Mark is a Certified ScrumMaster and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
