ATLANTA, GA - April 1, 2008 - DocAuto, Inc., the leading provider of legal-specific matter-centric utilities and add-ins for Interwoven WorkSite, announced Monday the release of the Watchdog Server for Interwoven WorkSite, Watchdog Server continuously monitors any number of WorkSite databases from the server side, and immediately notifies system administrators, management, or other predefined users about specific activities relating to content stored in WorkSite within defined time periods. These monitoring and alert functions help firms to reduce the risk of document theft and unauthorized removal of intellectual property, allow users to more precisely monitor client/matter activity or the activity of their staff, and allow administrators to set limits on specific types of activities.

The WorkSite Watchdog Server includes the following key attributes:

• Monitors 18 different WorkSite Activities, including Create, Edit, Send, Export, Modify Security, Declare as Record, etc.
• Notifies specific users or groups once thresholds on events are exceeded;
• Filters documents being monitored by User, Group, or any combination of any profile values, including multiple values for individual fields;
• Sets additional thresholds to immediately disable user WorkSite accounts if the preset number of sensitive operations is exceeded within a specific timeframe;
• Initiates workflow processes based on event activity in WorkSite.
