This new release extends OutiM Server's abilities to bulk import email messages, attachments, and folders from Outlook/Exchange directly into Interwoven WorkSite.
OutiM Server provides law firms with an effective method to archive and manage email. OutiM Server leverages the powerful capabilities of WorkSite to move Exchange content directly to matter-centric WorkSpaces on a mailbox-by-mailbox, folder-by-folder, or message-by-message basis, seamlessly merging email archiving with native WorkSite security, searching, and management. OutiM Server's continuous processing, multi-job interface can be used to process different types of Exchange content from various sources on different processing policies.
Highlights of OutiM Server 2.0 for WorkSite include:- Specific WorkSite destination Folders or WorkSpaces can be identified by Message-specific data, Folder-by-Folder matching, Mailbox-specific matching, or Job-specific filing of all types of content to be moved into WorkSite;
