Where We’ve Been, Where We’re Going
It’s almost hard to believe that it is already 2010. DocAuto, as a company, starts our 14th year this year; we have been an iManage technology partner for 10 years; and our flagship product, WorkSpace Manager, has been around for 5 years now. Our longevity in the industry coupled with our extensive knowledge of WorkSite has propelled us into being the leading provider of software solutions for WorkSite. This knowledge and experience, along with our loyal client and partner base, enables us to continue to add functionality to our current products, and develop new products to solve your WorkSite needs. In addition to significant enhancements to existing products, we plan on releasing some new products this year that will help you continue to get the most out of WorkSite. Please watch this newsletter as well as our website for new product announcements!

New Customer Support Portal to Launch Soon
Through our new CRM provider, Salesforce.com, we will soon be launching a self-service support portal. The support portal will allow clients and resellers to submit support tickets, view tickets, add comments, attach screenshots, logs, or jobs to tickets, view suggested solutions and tech notes, access documentation, technical videos, release notes, product updates, and more. The portal is currently in beta and being tested by several of our resellers. Once we go live with the self-service portal, clients will receive an email with a link and their login information.
