Only a Few Days Left to Name That Character and Win Big

DocAuto CharacterOur new DocAuto character needs a name. Have you sent in your contest entry yet? The character shown here was introduced at ILTA in our product brochures and booth display. So, we expect to have the character around for quite a while, and thus we want to create a name. That is where you come in, so if you have not already sent in your entry, please do so now – before our November 30 deadline! DocAuto Professional Services Now Offering WorkSpace Manager Training 

WorkSpace Manager Certified Engineer Training is now available through DocAuto Professional Services at our offices in Norcross, Georgia. Designed specifically for the WorkSpace Manager administrator, this three-day course provides a detailed review of the DocAuto WorkSpace Manager application. It also provides instruction, information, and practical hands on exercises building WorkSpace Manager jobs to simulate utilization of the product in your own environment. The first class at our office near Atlanta will be held December 14 – 16, 2009. To learn more or to register for the class, please visit our website. Please note that WorkSpace Manager training is still being offered by our ATC partners, also listed on our website.

DocAuto December Webinar Series

The new monthly webinar series we recently started has been well-attended. The webinars cover overview demonstrations of our core products, advanced concepts and specific job strategies using WorkSpace Manager and OutiM Server, and matter-centric and e-mail management discussions. These webinars are recorded and are available for viewing on our website, usually within a few days after each webinar. WorkSpace Manager 1.6.27 

This version includes many enhancements to extend the Aging/Archiving functionality of WorkSpace Manager, especially in WorkSite 8.5 environments. We also added support for "Accessory Queries" as part of the input for the Primary Query within a job. More information on this functionality can be found in the Release Notes.

Tips & Tricks: OutiM Server – Check FileSite Options Before Verifying Import

Make sure when importing emails using OutiM Server that you have your FileSite views set correctly. FileSite can be set to have a default value of the number of items to display within a folder as seen here from the FileSite > Options > Advanced tab:

WorkSite Exporter 

If this value is set to a lower number than the amount of documents actually in the folder, it can be misconstrued that the files do not exist in the target location. Note that this setting does not affect how OutiM Server (or iImport, or other DocAuto products) function - this is native functionality of the WorkSite client.
